1. Our commitment

Your Naseeb has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, or any content or conduct that endangers a child. This applies to every profile, message, photo, video, voice introduction and call on the Service.

This page is our published child safety standard for the purposes of app-store and regulatory child-safety disclosure requirements. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Community and Safety Standards.

2. Who may use Your Naseeb

The Service is restricted to adults aged 18 or over who are genuinely seeking a marriage partner. We ask every member for their real date of birth during onboarding and do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account.

If you believe a child is using the Service, or that an account misrepresents its holder's age, report it in the app immediately or email info@yournaseeb.com.

3. What we prohibit

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including drawn, generated or altered depictions;
  • grooming, sexualisation of a minor, or any attempt to contact, meet or exploit a child;
  • sextortion, trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation involving a minor;
  • any account, profile or content that involves, depicts or is directed at anyone under 18.

4. Prevention and review

Profile photos and videos pass through a moderation queue before they become visible to other members; media that has not been approved is never shown. Authorised administrators and moderators review reported profiles, media and relevant conversation evidence.

We may remove content, restrict visibility, warn, unmatch, suspend, permanently ban an account, and preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect a child or comply with the law, without advance notice where notice could create risk or compromise an investigation.

5. Reporting a concern

Anyone can report a profile or conversation in the app. "Underage" is one of the fixed report reasons, and submitting a report also blocks the reported member immediately.

If you cannot use the in-app report tool, or need to report something you have seen outside the Service, email info@yournaseeb.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

6. Working with authorities

Where required by law, we preserve relevant evidence and report suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the appropriate law-enforcement or national reporting body, such as the National Crime Agency, the Internet Watch Foundation, or an equivalent body in the relevant jurisdiction.

We cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement and regulatory authorities investigating child safety concerns, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

7. Designated point of contact

Child safety questions, reports, and enquiries from regulators or app-store reviewers about our CSAM prevention practices can be sent to info@yournaseeb.com. This address is monitored by a team member able to speak to our prevention, review and reporting practices.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this page as our practices, the Service, or the law change. We will update the version date shown above when we do.
