1. Marriage intentions and honesty

  • Use the Service only if you are an adult genuinely seeking a marriage partner.
  • Use your own identity, age, status and recent media. Do not impersonate, catfish or misrepresent material facts.
  • State your intentions and relevant circumstances honestly, including existing marital or polygamy circumstances where the profile asks for them.
  • Do not create duplicate accounts or return after a ban without written permission.

2. Respect and consent

  • Respect boundaries, refusals, unmatches, blocks and requests to stop communicating.
  • Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, bully, blackmail or pressure anyone.
  • Do not send sexual, intimate, violent or shocking material without clear permission. Sexually explicit content is not allowed on the Service.
  • Never share another person’s profile, message, image, audio, video, address or private information without permission.

3. Hate and discrimination

We do not allow attacks, dehumanising statements, exclusionary abuse or calls for harm based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sect, disability, sex, gender or another protected characteristic. Members may express respectful compatibility preferences through the controls provided, but may not abuse people who differ from them.

4. Children and sexual exploitation

Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using the Service. Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, sexualisation of minors, or attempts to contact a child are strictly forbidden. We remove and preserve relevant evidence and report it to appropriate authorities where required.

5. Fraud, money and commercial activity

  • Do not request money, gifts, bank information, cryptocurrency, investments or payment for travel, emergencies or marriage arrangements.
  • Do not promote businesses, recruitment, paid introductions, immigration schemes, fundraising or unsolicited services.
  • Do not send spam, manipulate referrals, operate bots or collect member information.

6. Illegal and dangerous content

Content or conduct that facilitates violence, terrorism, trafficking, sexual offences, controlled-drug sales, weapons offences, serious self-harm, cyberflashing, fraud or another crime is prohibited. Credible imminent threats should be reported to emergency services as well as to us.

7. Profile and media quality

  • Upload only media you own or have permission to use.
  • Your primary photo must clearly and truthfully represent you.
  • Do not upload contact details, watermarks, advertising, pornography, graphic violence or content focused on another person.
  • Blur and reveal controls must not be used to deceive, coerce or expose someone without consent.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report and block tools for profiles, conversations or conduct that may violate these standards. Reports should be honest and include only relevant information. Deliberately false or retaliatory reports may themselves lead to action.

Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, reduce visibility, require changes, warn, unmatch, pause, suspend or permanently ban an account. We may preserve evidence and contact authorities where lawful and necessary.

To appeal an enforcement decision, email info@yournaseeb.com from your account email with the decision and reason you believe it should be reviewed. A different authorised reviewer will be used where reasonably practicable.

9. Contact

For safety questions, complaints or appeals, contact Your Naseeb at info@yournaseeb.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
